RETREATS
All our current retreat offerings can be found here
Lean into the quiet call—a longing not to be more, but simply to be. To soften into your own skin, to exhale what you’ve held for too long, and to remember your natural rhythm as you return to your inner truth. Follow this whisper and let it guide you to the sanctuary that is Campwell Woods.
Held over a long weekend in wild, sacred land, you’ll be guided through a journey of deep embodiment and emotional liberation. This is a space for you to meet yourself with tenderness, courage, and care as you unravel. A space for you to be as you are, to remember your essence, and to embrace every single part of yourself whilst also being embraced by both nature and a circle of sisters.
Honour the intelligence of your body through a carefully woven blend of practices such as:
Embodied yoga, somatic release, breathwork, voice activation, sacred circle work & sharing, trauma-informed practices like Compassionate Inquiry, restorative integration, sound healing, forest bathing, wild water immersion, and fire & cacao ceremonies.
WHERE YOU’LL NEST & REST

THE FOOD
You can expect beautiful plant-based snacks, meals and treats made with love by chef April Moodie to support and nourish your body and mind throughout the retreat. THE TEAM
Rest assured, this team has been carefully curated to meet the needs of the retreat as well as the retreaters, with a beautiful round up of energy and offerings for you.
-
Nicola is a yoga teacher and space holder. Her path has had her immersed in many various types of yoga such as Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot 26, Ashtanga, Yin, and Restorative yoga. Her teaching is supported by the threads of ancient and modern wisdom from Tantric and Buddhist philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Neuroscience, Somatics, Sound, Voice Healing, Trauma awareness, and Embodiment practices. Her experience of Motherhood has also gifted her the capacity to hold other mothers through their process. Nicola believes in the unfolding of healing on an individual level which ripples through the human collective, and is deeply inspired by the belief of humans as Nature. Her hope is to offer you the necessary tools and practices to help guide you deeper into your bodyheartmind in order for you to integrate your practice and learnings into your daily life.
-
Liza is a psychologist, Compassionate Inquiry practitioner and space holder. She comes from a yoga, movement and mindfulness background and was a co-founder of Wonderful Things — much loved yoga studio and conscious events space in East London. With her presence she invites the qualities of safety, gentleness and inner connection. She currently lives in Dartington, Devon and runs a private Compassionate Inquiry psychotherapy practice.
-
Leah is a certified sound healer. Her path to sound healing began through a deeply transformative journey with cancer, which called her inward, and where she discovered the soul-restoring power of sound. It was in that space that she was guided to the ancient and celestial instruments she now works with: the deep resonance of the gong, crystal singing bowls, and the heart-opening melodies of the handpan. Each sound carries a frequency that gently dissolves tension, rebalances the nervous system, and awakens the body's innate wisdom. From this place of deep reverence, she now holds space for others to return to themselves—offering sound as a sanctuary for healing, presence, and connection.
-
April is a musician, food enthusiast, keen yogi and bunny mum. Her journey and curiosity with food began at a very young age, turning vegetarian at 6 and opening a vegan cafe at 25, she now thrives as a plant-based retreat chef. She draws her inspiration from the many rhythms and cycles of life, with a deep curiosity and love for astrology, all things planetary, the moon, seasons and elements.
